“This is my friend and I deciding to cycle to our weekly exercise class, instead of using the car for the 5-minute drive. We just leave 20 minutes extra time on either side and get extra exercise into the bargain. The matching t-shirts was just a co-incidence but illustrates our point beautifully.”
